The Melting Pot is an all fondue restaurant, great for parties and family outings. It is located in the city of Irvine. The Melting Pot’s delicious cheese and chocolate fondues will bring comfort to all who taste them. There is a pot in the center of the table and little plates all around. Apples, bread, and chips are available to dip into the cheese of your choice. As for the chocolate, it comes with strawberries, bananas, cheese cake, marshmallows, pineapples, and a variety of white, milk, and dark chocolate fondues to pick from. The restaurant itself contains two different sections; one with a bar, and little tables around it, the other with segregated booths and tables. They have smooth music going, and many waiters and waitresses that are very nice and attentive to all parties.
Although The Melting Pot is a little on the overpriced side, many think it is worth it. Reservations are a requirement for this place yet walk-ins are acceptable. However, those parties who chose to walk-in may be waiting a little extra to be seated. Again many say it is worth their time and money to come here, even if they might end up waiting longer than usual.
Other scrumptious items on the menu here may include different salads, appetizers, soups, and much more. For adults twenty one years of age and older, there is a special menu filled with many different types of beers, wines and other alcoholic beverages. They also offer some virgin drinks that are sweet and are available to adults and minors under the age of twenty one.
This four star restaurant makes sure to keep their bathrooms fresh, clean, and ready to use by their customers at any time. There are special napkins used for drying one’s hands after being washed with their flavorful smelling soaps. Mirrors are located almost everywhere you look in the nicely kept restrooms.
When your meal is completed and you are ready to head for the front door, there are little match booklets, and melt in your mouth breath mints lying out for the take. For easy access, they are placed on the front desk where you first walked in.
In conclusion, The Melting Pot is the place to go when you are looking for a creative, fun, and delicious way to consume and fall in love with some food, no matter what time of day.

i remember i went here for my moms birthday once. and i dont enjoy cheese, like at all. i mean i loathe it. but it was my moms birthday right, so i had to go. and i was ok for a while and we got the cheese fondue, and i make the mistake of dipping a piece of bread ALL THE WAY IN THE CHEESE! I hate cheese. but i did it. and i, honestly, almost threw up. but i learned to not stick the food so far into the cheese. it was alright after that. and the chocolate part was the best. i wont fight you on that one.
