To me the idea of having gourmet Mexican food like burritos is fairly bizarre. How do make a gourmet version of a food that is sold at thousands of regular and low end restaurants all around the world? But despite this Chipotle seems to be doing very well with its “gourmet” Mexican food and maybe the trend will catch on. But I think that eventually people will realize that there really is no such thing as gourmet Mexican food and will soon return to eating at the much cheaper Mexican food restaurants that have been around for so long and are virtually the same. Chipotles is creative in the way that they market and present their food, but eventually the fact that they are basically the same as just about every other Mexican restaurant and they will be though of as such.

Great Article. I happen to be a tremendous fan of chipotle myself but I never knew you could order online. I knew that you could fax in your order but I have never tried the website I am definitely going to test it out next time I go to chipotle.

I personaly love chipotle and i want to go there right now. If you haven’t gone yet then you are only missing out on one of the best burritos of your life. I prefer the spicy chicken with rice and beans and chips and a side of guacamole. Chipotle is number 1 in my heart!

Chipotlé is a very delicious and actually some-what of a healthy place to eat at. It’s hard to believe that this famous food chain is owned by McDonalds. For as unhealthy as we all know McDonalds is, Chipotlé is a pleasant change from the common fast food chains so many people dine at on a daily basis.
