High School relationships for the most part are just jokes. There are too many kids these days that can not get over the fact there high school sweetheart dumped them after they dated for however long. The thing is high school is the first time that anyone can actually even begin to experience a real relationship, and they think this is it. This is the one, I’m going to spend the rest of my days with this person, but you can hardly begin to know the person when you in high school and what drives you to stay in a relationship is completely different than what drives someone who is older. I just can’t see why anyone would want to get engaged straight out of high school like people I’ve known. So please try and use your heads, your only in high school you have an entire life to live don’t tie yourself down with someone you don’t even truly know. You may truly believe that your nothing like any other relationship but believe me you are, I am not jealous or smitten by the fact that others believe they are “in love” I’m just not dumb enough to fall for it. Sure everyone has their own ideals of love, but that is only because you have not truly felt it yet. And guys women are capable of much greater emotional highs and lows than men, so watch what you tell them.
