Throughout my life numerous disasters have occurred all around the world and I always ended up asking myself, why did America get involved? I know I may seem a little heartless to be saying this, but honestly America has enough issues to worry about already. For example, when that 8.0 earthquake hit China in 2008 we were the first to offer a helping hand, but was it really necessary? China is a large country that should be able to help themselves so why did we get involved? When hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and other surrounding areas and destroyed almost everything in its path tell me who helped us? The answer to that is no one. My point is this, it’s a dog eat dog world and I don’t see anyone ever helping us. There’s no positive in helping other countries. Let them fend for themselves. The way I see it is it’s us against the world. I love this country and just want it to be the best it can possibly be. In my eyes all of our help around the world has done nothing for us in the long run. Instead here we are today, with our horrible Economy and people without jobs and starving. Great job government! Way to give away OUR money to OTHER countries. And better yet we’re still hated haha I love this world. Be strong U.S.A. we’ll get through it!
